@JasperNL not always it always keeps bugging in roleplay for some reason then we have to call a staff to enable it back/mute the spammers

But at the 5th one you get muted, right?
No... i know some people spammimg more than 10times in a row... once one guy sent a video to me on skype he were spamming with binds for around 10 mins without letting anyone to talk/read

No. its in globalchat they spamming all the time but when any one from adminship join the mute systim going to work i dont know why
