Notifications tab aint working

After the forum got fu**ed up (age restriction)some uneeded stuff wasnt working and it was fine but after it got fixed i think (not entirely sure) the notification bar thingy aint working (that one when u press it u see ur profile and post notification and chat)on my android device,i dont think if its only my phone or is it in all androids or all devices
