The problem be, that plane has machineguns attached to it. And therefore can be abused in war. Now disabling vehicle weaps is a pain. If you fly over a greenzone or somehow manage to get frozen+unfrozen by staff the guns get working so unless the higher authorities come up with a foolproof vehicle weapon disabling script we can't add such vehicles

Seasparrow would be a nice addition too, I cant count the times i needed a good quick heli capable of landing on water
