Description: He was bugging in the flag with NRG-500, i shooting him but he didn't die.

If we would ban him for this, that would be a ban of no more than 12 hours or so. I think in such cases we need to take action immediately, instead of afterwards. If it turns out he's always doing this when no mods are around, we can arrange a ban for some days.
In fact, I know that many people are doing it. So punishing JaNo for this now will be more symbolic than an actual change.

what about removing "Destroy" button in M menu and the Spawn button can spawn and destroy? example spawn if the vehicle isnt spawned and destroy if its spawned.. to stop the spawn thingy
