Hex acting childish?

Hello everyone, A&B here.
I was in game playing as a cop and I wanted to take hex's stars.
I asked him politely if i can take his stars, he said no.
He started to fly near me with a jetpack in sf.
Then, he accidentally came on the road with his jetpack, I tazed him and took his stars.
The game teleported him to the prison.
He waited 20 secs and then told me ' give me back my money' ( 4k ).
I asked JohnnyEnglish if i should give him his money back, he told me no, don't. ( we were talking in team say )
I told hex, ' No.. lol. Its my duty, to take your stars. '
He said Okay dont give it back to me .. ill take it myself.
He warped himself to me, gave me 4 stars ( dont know how he did so ) and tazed me and took my stars, my 4ks and threw me in the prison.
Like come on hex, this is childish...
