I think it's more of a limitation of bandicam as of his pc. I can't imagine anybody id using a pc that cannot record GTA SA in a normal way

Just Don't go with Fraps. If you lets say play a game at 100 fps normally, with Fraps youll record either half or less FPS.
OBS is prolly best
